A leading supplier of cleaning and maintenance products to the automotive market are now recruiting for a  Graduate Trainee Regional Business Manager / Field Sales Manager

 Basic starting  salary of £20K + Company car + other benefits ,  with regular salary reviews during training from 6months to first 2 years which will see your salary rising to a basic of £35k , with a bonus of up to £15k per year. when fully trained .

Job Description  Graduate Trainee Regional Business Manager / Field Sales Management

The role of the Regional Business Manager is to have responsibility for looking after a number of Franchisees by ensuring business development plans are agreed and met across a full range of new and existing businesses. Your responsibilities will include  ;

Conducting Business Reviews

Objective setting

Sales Control and Project Planning

Strategic Business Planning

Field Sales Training and Sales Skills

Presentations

General Management

People Management

Training ;

There will be a focused training plan during the programme , which will include Classroom training , Courses , On Job training , Field Training , One to one mentoring etc.

 Skills Needed;

Analytical skills

Commercial Awareness / Financial understanding of Business

Time planning and organisation ,

Strong work ethic.

Systems skills.

Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

Presentation skills

Flexibility

As well as fluent English , you MUST be fluent in either FRENCH OR GERMAN
