Our client is one of the UK’s favourite FMCG companies. They are family owned and have a reputation for supplying products with a freshness and quality you really can taste.

Planned expansion has resulted in the need to recruit 8 senior level managers to be based in the following locations:-

• Scotland Central Belt (Glasgow/Edinburgh)
• Manchester and Leeds
• Birmingham, Nottingham and/or the South West
• London and the East Anglia

These newly created posts will report into the Area Business Development Manager within each region (acting as their “deputies”). You will be responsible for managing a team of 6 Managers who themselves will be looking after 6 BDM’s selling into either major multiple accounts or the convenience sector.

To be considered you will need a proven track record in sales and sales management gained with either the convenience or multiple sector.

The rewards are superb and include a generous basic salary of £37000 neg (outside London) or £45000 neg within London plus Bonus, Car, 5 weeks holiday, pension + extensive benefits.
