Our client is the largest healthcare waste management services company in the UK and Ireland, providing a range of services to the NHS, private healthcare organisations, local authorities, pharmaceutical companies and medical practitioners. They currently seek to recruit Field Sales Executives / Business Development Managers covering either the West Midlands, the North or South East.

The roles of Field Sales Executive / Business Development Manager are key business development roles, in which you’ll act as the public face of the organisation and enjoy a full sales remit spanning first contact to contract signing and ultimate account management of existing clients, primarily focusing on winning new business within the independent healthcare sector.

Already a sales professional with a successful history of meeting and exceeding sales targets, the Field Sales Executive / Business Development Manager will ideally have knowledge of the healthcare industry, although this is not essential if you can demonstrate the ability to quickly grasp the business and identify new sales opportunities. In addition, you will be a motivated and committed self starter, with excellent presentation and negotiation abilities, with the skills necessary to close sales in a face-to-face environment and to exceed new and existing business targets.
