As a newly formed media company, our client is leading the way in multi-platform, high impact media solutions. Specialising in interactive touch-screen panels and plasma screens, their products are used by shopping centres and malls across the UK. A unique opportunity has now arisen for an ambitious Field Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to join their team.
If you're an experienced Sales professional with a talent for finding new business – this is the ideal role for you. Not only will you join a fantastic team in their new offices, but you will receive excellent product training and the chance to join an innovative company.
As a Field Sales Executive / Business Development Manager you will be responsible for selling full screen advertising and feature advertising space on the company's touch screen panels and plasma screens. These screens are located in many malls across the UK and are seen by millions of shoppers, who use them to navigate stores and services.
Applying your talent for new business, you will be tasked with selling the advertising space on these screens to public sector, commercial businesses and organisations throughout the UK. This will include the Police, Transport and Local Authorities, and commercial businesses. Your role will involve arranging appointments and attending client visits. Full training will be provided on the company's systems and products – leaving you to concentrate on earning the uncapped commission on offer.
To succeed in this position you must have experience in a similar role, specifically in new business. You will also need a tenacious and driven approach, and the ability to talk to a range of people within a business.
