THE ROLE:
This Field Sales Executive position will involve selling a range of security solutions, including biometric readers for access control and I.P. based CCTV to wide range of markets throughout the West Midlands, East Midlands and Midlands sales territory, and will require that your sales, new business and account management capabilities are first class. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you are fully responsible for hitting all your targets for the sales area.

THE CANDIDATE:
•Proven successful track record in a recent business to business sales position.
•Must have at least 1-2 years recent experience in a hard sales environment.
•Excellent rapport building skills.
•First class new business skills.
•Tenacious.
•Determined.
•Excellent closer.
•First class relationship builder.
•Strong character.
•Superb communication skills.
•Ambitious – looking to progress into sales management long-term.
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: £20,000-£25,000 basic.
Commission: £60,000 anticipated 1st year OTE Uncapped!!!
