Field sales executive / Sales Representative to sell courier services in the business to business arena.  Ideally you will have field sales experience in a business to business environment but other field sales experience will be considered.  The area covered will be Swindon, Oxford, Stroud, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire .  Basic salary to £17k plus bonus ote £35k - £45k plus car allowance, mobile phone.  Ote is uncapped and top sales people are earning £50k - £70k.

With group turnover in excess of $315m this international courier company have firmly established themselves in 11 countires during the past 23 years.  They are a major player in the UK market and are looking to continue their growth.

What sort of people are we looking for?

A Sales Rep to promote the company in the business community and gain sales of new business.

We need career minded people, who are enthusiastic and prepared to commit themselves to the role as there is the possibility of advancement through the company for the right individual.

They must have field sales experience and should be outgoing and relate well to people at all levels.  They will need to be articulate, with a high level of personal grooming, as they will be our "public face" at business functions and when selling in the field. Good telesales skills an advantage as they will be required to set their own appointments. Obviously they will need to display a confident manner and be pleasant to deal with.  A positive attitude is a must.

The person must be energetic and enthusiastic as they will be managing a team of lead chasers.

Applicants will supply their own car which needs to be in reasonable condition, for which an allowance will be given, mobile phone will be provided and corporate attire will be supplied by the company after a suitable qualifying period.

Wage Structure

£14,500 - £17,000 retainer (Basic salary)

15-25% on first sale to new customers

OTE: £35,000 - £45,000 pa (uncapped so you can earn £70k)

£10 per day car allowance
