Synopsis: Field Sales Professional with new business development experience. You will preferably have field sales experience of between 1 and 3 years and be a strong influencer and closer.  £18k  basic ote unlimited £35k  year 1 - £50k plus year 2.   This business development role is based from our offices in Colchester and you must live within 40 minutes drive of the office. We are looking for confident, smart people who have business to business field based sales experience. You will be selling vending equipment (coffee machines, water coolers etc) to small and medium sized businesses of between 10 – 50 staff.  You will have telemarketing back up to make appointments although you will still need to be proactive yourself.

Field Sales Executive  

The company is well established and growth is planned and sustainable. The role will encompass following up pre qualified leads and also through sourcing your own leads.   You will need to be capable of finding and following up your own leads.

You will need 1 – 3 years field sales experience ideally. You will need good communication skills both written and verbal. You will be keen and ambitious with the ability to present at all levels. A track record of new business development is essential.  A strong influencer and closer with knowledge of word and excel.   This role is target driven and will suit a focussed new business development individual keen to progress their career in a progressive company. However the new business element will decrease over time as you will need to account manage your existing customers for repeat business.

Basic salary  circa £18k  with an ote of c £35k plus uncapped year 1, £50k plus year 2 onwards. There is a car allowance with this role and full mileage will be paid at 40p for the first 10,000 reducing to a lower rate inline with inland revenue government guidelines for mileage over 10,000. The role is based from our Colchester offices and candidates must be prepared to call into the office every morning to liaise with telemarketing.  Candidates should therefore live no more than 40 minutes from Colchester.
