Field Sales Executive

 
Salary: £25000 OTE: £35000
Based: Basingstoke

Benefits & Perks: car, or car allw, laptop, pension;

Synopsis: Field Sales Representatives / Sales Executives / Account Managers-Office supplies. A field sales role where new business development will be key along with maintaining and developing existing business.  You will need a field sales background preferably in business to business  Ideal base Basingstoke, Winchester, Camberley, Newbury, Reading, Bracknell but can be flexible. to £25k basic dep on exp plus commission, car allw, healthcare.  

 

 

Basic salary to £25k dep on exp plus car allowance and commission (salary and commission package will not be a barrier to the right person)

 

Benefits/ Other:              

 

Commission, Car allowance, mobile phone allowance, private healthcare.

 

Geographical coverage:

 

Bournemouth (from the west) across to the M23 taking in the M3 and M4 corridors. Ideally focussed on M3/M4 corridors

 

Industry Sectors supplied:

 

Industrial, Technology, Hotel & Leisure, sales and customer service, financial services, miscellaneous.

Our client is a fast expanding, family owned, Hampshire based business with a proven track record for growth, both organically and through acquisition. They are currently putting in place plans to grow significantly over the next 12/24 months in order to cement our position as a strong regional operator providing office supplies, office services and office furniture. Customer service will continue to play a very important part in our offering along with market leading products, prices and technology.

 

Candidates sought

 

Successful applicants will be able to create a sales plan which will include a strategy for developing and bringing on the right profile of new customers in the right geographical location for the business, within a framework of monitored and measured targets. They will be able to communicate with their colleagues and with their customers, showing the ability to build and develop rapport with their target market. The ability to communicate at FD level is essential.
