THE ROLE:
Field Sales Engineer required to join a highly successful and distinguished organisation who specialise in the manufacturer of a range of precision rotary switches and specialist enclosures. Continued success and ambitious growth plans mean the company is now strengthening the front end sales effort with the addition of a focused UK components sales team. As the Sales Specialist, you will be required to develop new and existing accounts across many industry sectors including defence, avionics, medical, communications, transportation and automotive with innovative products. Your short-term goal would be to grow business with their existing customers, while your increasing product knowledge and ability to identify and target industry(s) and customer-specific opportunities will be key to market growth with new business and market opportunities. This is a consultative sales position and requires solid follow-through sales skills.

THE CANDIDATE:
This is an exciting opportunity for Sales Specialists, with a background in technical sales, to demonstrate their ability to identify and convert leads and prospects and develop their business skills. Motivation, dedication and the ability to communicate at all levels are pre-requisites, the ideal candidate will be results focused, IT literate and commercially astute, with a history of selling to engineers in a niche market.
This opportunity would suit individuals who have previously worked as a Sales Executive, Sales Agent, Internal Sales Executive, New Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Freelance Sales Consultant, New Business Manager, Account Manager, and Sales Representative.
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + £5,000 Bonus + Fully Expensed Car + Usual Executive Benefits.
