We currently require a highly motivated and talented Field Sales Consultant to join our existing Sales Teams covering Leicester and Coventry.  You will be accountable for selling the full line of Global Mailing Solutions and services in a business-to-business environment. You will be advising clients about the efficient preparation and management of documents, packages, mail and other forms of messaging, in both physical and digital form.

Through a thorough and comprehensive training programme you will be given sales skills training as well and being trained to be fully conversant with the product lines offered by the company. In this role you will be expected to have the ability to communicate with clients in a B2B environment. Using a consultative selling approach you will have excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion and partnering skills, together with the ability to set goals, organise and prioritise tasks.

Benefits Include; The opportunity to earn in excess of £44,000 per year uncapped commission, a fully expensed company car, fuel card, mobile phone and pension. You will also be eligible to earn on-going sales incentives, including fully expensed international holidays.

Training: You will also receive excellent structured sales training in an on-going sales training program. Upon successful completion of the Sales Consultant Development Plan, typically 3 to 6 months, candidates are eligible for a variety of advanced sales or specialist positions.
