As a specialist real estate developer and marketer, our client has a specific focus on the booming and exciting emerging markets and real estate developments in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. Dubai & U.A.E is one of the only property markets that is continuing to boom during the credit crunch and forecasts are that it will continue to do so. They are currently looking for a highly motivated and result driven Estate Agent / Sales Consultant to join their company and add to its ever growing success. As an Estate Agent / Sales Consultant you will be responsible for selling a superb range of luxury apartments that our client is developing in Dubai and the U.A.E, to a client base which is mainly made up of UK and Irish investors. You will be supplied with pre-qualified, high net-worth investor leads each day, to ensure you achieve an excellent closing percentage.
To succeed as an Estate Agent / Sales Consultant you must have experience in selling at a consistent level – either face to face, or on the telephone. You will also need to be confident and have the determination to succeed and go that extra mile to achieve great results. Many candidates from an Estate Agency, Car Sales and Recruitment background have been very successful in this company.
