Erisccon TND and RND Manager is urgently needed to support the Customer Project Manager with the technical knowledge needed to manage a project including the coordination of engineers and the technical aspects as well as planning and leading the daily technical work.
You will be responsible for:
Assist the project Manager to create the project specification
Assist the project manager to set the scope of work for the project
Responsible for first node implementation and testing
Assist project manager with technical issues that arise during implementation. (Non CSR related issues)
Escalate technical problems that require assistance. (CSR)
Assist project manager with defining scope for new change request. (Technical requirements, software levels etc…)
Frequent contact with customer regarding planning, problems and escalations.
Overall planning off activities based upon scope of work provided by project manager and day to day planning.
Advise the project manager for volumes of resources needed in the project.
Be responsible for the day to day operational resource planning (staff planning).
You must have a minimum of 2 years management experience in ELS support, Ericsson Transmission and Radio Design part of the network. Please include 2 Manager references with application.
