Customer Service / Telesales Executive / Sales Executive

They continually invest in new technologies and infrastructures to ensure they meet the ever-increasing demands of their customer base.
This is a very exciting time for the company and as part of their continuing success and development they currently have an exciting opportunity for a Telesales Executive to join their Campaign Office.
Your key responsibilities will includeidentifying customers with potential and developing a good business relationship with all customers. They are looking for an individual with the drive and ability to win back business and identify new business sales. This role will involve outbound calling to target accounts in order to achieve revenue targets.
The job holder will be expected to show presence and quickly establish rapport using a range of influencing styles to build relationships and commitment. You will anticipate and resiliently respond to customers objections and challenges in an empathetic and positive manner. Using good questioning skills, you will strive to identify sales opportunities and long term customer value. All key information will need to be recorded relating to customers, ensuring data is clear, concise and accurate. Training on their products and services will be provided.
They are looking for a highly customer focused and target driven individual with the determination and resilience to achieve and exceed targets. With a professional and friendly telephone manner, you will need to be self motivated and well organised. The nature of this role requires a strong team player who is numerate and computer literate.
