A leader in Healthcare, our client is one of the world’s top three medical device companies. Their mission is to improve the quality of people’s lives. Their focus areas include imaging systems, customer services, and information and monitoring systems. They enjoy a number one position in several of these including X-ray, cardiovascular ultrasound, patient monitoring and automatic external defibrillators.
The company currently have an exciting opportunity for a market focused Customer Service Sales Specialist to join their sales team. The main purpose of this role is to use your skills in strategic selling and brand positioning to maximise revenues from customer service sales, for their Healthcare business.
Your other responsibilities will include looking after the customer service contract sales within your assigned area, ensuring you are continuously promoting and developing the offers that are available to their customers. You must establish and maintain effective customer relationships at all times, whilst ensuring you contribute to the development of the marketing strategy. You will also be expected to manage their presence at exhibitions and conferences, as well as developing all communication material such as presentations and brochures.
Hungry for success you will exceed your monthly targets using your already honed sales skills to promote their products and services. With a desire to be the best, you will possess the tenacity to build excellent rapport with customers exuding confidence and determination. You need to be experienced at preparing bids and tenders as approximately as this will take up approximately 40% of your time.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent. You will have previous sales experience along with an understanding of services marketing. Self-motivated you will be an excellent communicator at all levels with excellent negotiating skills and the ability to influence others.
