An opportunity has now arisen for a Customer Service Consultant / Internal Sales Advisor to join their team.

Working alongside the New Business Development team, as a Customer Service Consultant / Internal Sales Advisor you will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries from perspective clients who have been referred from existing clients and business partners.
Your role will involve explaining and selling the benefits of using the company's services, and converting the enquiry into a client. Full training on the company's systems and services will be provided, leaving you to concentrate on delivering a first class service.
To succeed as a Customer Service Consultant / Internal Sales Advisor you will have previous experience in a similar inbound sales/call centre position, ideally from within the financial services industry. You must also be a positive, articulate and confident team worker with the motivation to reach your monthly targets.
