£100,000 + 40% Bonus + Benefits

Growing provider of outsourced claims management services to UK insurance. c.£100m revenues from building maintenance;  clients include leading consumer & business insurers. Part of diversified £1bn group with strong revenue & profit growth organically & by acquisition. Requires new Customer Director with key account management leadership & solution approach with appetite to explore wider profit opportunities.

 

 

THE ROLE

·          Drive and shape growth in insurance client customer base; create platform for further step-change in scale through new initiatives addressing complementary segments.

·          Reporting to Managing Director, develop and hone top-performing key account management team with nationwide coverage; champion client requirements internally to achieve market-leading service delivery.

·          Refine and broaden client propositions and solutions to respond to client opportunities and gaps in the market; catalyst for enhanced client focus. 

·          Member of the management team, harness company/group capabilities and culture to maximize commercial performance and personal development.

 

 

THE PERSON

·          Sales Director/Key Accounts leader in high-ticket B2B services and solutions business, ideally addressing the insurance sector, used to nationwide remit.

·          Proven experience and success in structuring and expanding profitable propositions through compelling client relationships, enduser focus and best-in-class processes.

·          Demonstrable builder of top-notch teams with outstanding commercial acumen, consummate communications skills, strategic perspective and credibility at all levels.

·          Hands-on, pragmatic style, with track record in key accounts and leadership of sales teams, and with the proven ability to straddle diverse cultures and sectors.
