Our client currently has a number of fantastic new opportunities for Business Development professionals to join them as Curriculum Managers. Reporting to the Head of Sales you will be responsible for growing market share within a specific subject area.
You will drive all sales activity in England and Wales, developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies that will deliver significant growth.You will focus all the elements of OCRs promotional effort, across OCR Divisions, to create positive energy and buzz within the market.
You’ll be an innovator, pro-actively exploring new ways and means of achieving even more success for them including identifying and developing relationships with key third parties and stakeholders that will complement their activity and resources.
You may already be a successful business development professional in a different sector, in which case you have a chance to transfer your skills and experience into a new environment.Or you could already work within the education sector and are looking for a role that will allow you to use your knowledge in a new and exciting way.Either way you’ll be a proven achiever and have a track record in achieving goals in a changing and complex environment.
You’ll be joining an already successful team - they want individuals that can bring new and fresh ways of working in these newly created positions.They’re going to be high profile roles both with our client and the education sector – you need to be able to combine gravitas and knowledge with passion and enthusiasm.The size and scale of the responsibility of these posts must not be underestimated.
These are national roles so a fair degree of business travel and overnight stays will be involved, although it is envisaged that to begin with, most time will be spent at either of their offices in Coventry and Cambridge.
You must be educated to degree level or equivalent and be able to work well under pressure, delivering outcomes within tight deadlines.
