Corporate Sales Manager, Facilities Management Services
£50,000 Basic, £85,000 OTE Year One, £150K+ Projected Year Two plus Car/Car allowance and share options
Established in the US this Facilities Management Services provider has entered the UK and intends to quickly capture significant market share.
This is a highly sophisticated corporate business development role where you will be tasked in strategically penetrating five major European target accounts. Relationships with these five accounts are strong in the US but at an embryonic stage in the UK and Europe. Initial relationships have been made but need significant development over the next year.
Backed by significant investment your remit is to achieve £2M of sales within your first 12 months. To succeed you must be an amazing business developer with a proven history of breaking into and winning high valued facilities management business. As the role has enormous future potential you will be an ambitious, entrepreneurial individual looking for a ten year career move.
You will be highly credible, articulate and have a proven ability of writing sophisticated business proposals.
You will be highly intelligent and have a ‘chameleon like’ personality that is able to forge strong relationships at both operational and board levels.
This is an incredible opportunity and with existing accounts like Grand Central Station, the New York Subway and Times Square you have some fantastic projects to use as testimonials and reference points. The potential to earn £250K plus p.a. will be achievable within 3 years and it is anticipated that this role will develop into ‘Head of Sales’ should you wish to progress into people management.
The role is pan-European with a UK focus and as the company are London based it is likely that you will be living in the South East of England.
