BASIC: £30K - £32K
OTE: £7K.

THE ROLE
•A unique opportunity has become available to work with this market leading organisation as a Commercial Sales Manager selling contract fabrics for the commercial sector.
•This company is looking to recruit a polished business development manger to manage their network of architects, designers and commercial end users within the hospitality sector across the Midlands.
•In this role approximately 80% of the Business Development Manager's time will be spent managing existing business and 20% developing new relationships.
•The Business Development Manager will benefit from extensive marketing and internal sales support.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
•A successful track record within specification sales selling any form of internal product via specification is required for this role.
•Such products may include – flooring, wall coverings, lighting, soft furnishings, ceiling systems, raised access flooring and so on.
•The ideal candidate may well have an understanding of solar shading.
•Candidates that are familiar with Architects and Main Contractors and have a good understanding of the construction sector are sought for this position.
