Client Service Manager/Customer Relationship Manager – Web Technology
Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
£25,000 - £30,000 DOE
Our client enables their customers to achieve high-impact wins on improved service, reduced costs and increased sales. As the UK's leading provider of multi-channel eService solutions for customer-facing websites and contact centres, they currently seek to recruit a Client Service Manager/Customer Relationship Manager.
The business develops, sells, implements and supports an online self-service solution, and the Client Service Manager/Customer Relationship Manager will be involved in all parts of the process, from overseeing the implementation of projects from the pre-sales stage through to providing ongoing customer support once the implementation stage is over, including:
- Providing customer feedback to the development manager
- Attending sales meetings to educate potential customers about the product
- Overseeing product implementations
- Conducting product training sessions
- Acting as part of a customer helpdesk, troubleshooting problems for customers
- Statistical analysis of customer data
- Maintaining and creating customer relationships
- Providing customer support after implementation
With a university degree (or equivalent) and good knowledge of web technologies and related subjects, the Client Service Manager/Customer Relationship Manager will hold experience in a similar role, preferably from within a web technologies environment. You'll also require a very high standard of written and spoken English, with good self-motivation, negotiating and analytical skills.
