Client Relationship Manager / Account Manager / Sales Manager

Flexible location – ideally close to Birmingham / Manchester / Leeds

£30,000 - £35,000 plus OTE of £55,000, company car & other excellent benefits

Our client is the UK’s market leader in Human Resources and Payroll services.

In the last couple of years our outsourced Employee Assistance Programme has gone from strength to strength and they have succeeded in winning some very large corporate clients.

Due to this exceptional growth, our client now require a Client Relationship Manager to assist in maintaining key relationships.  This is a challenging role and you will support one of their biggest Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) clients in the development of indirect sales through their client’s sales force. 

As an ambassador for the company, you will attend broker meetings and provide advice on their service offering.  You will take responsibility for revenue generation and will support their client’s sales team when they are attending sales meetings.  The launch of the service to end users will be key in this role and you will take measures to ensure the high level of service is communicated and met.

The successful candidate will have some previous account management, CRM or sales experience and may be looking to take the next step in their career. Our client are looking for a strong relationship builder with a financial services background and a consultative approach.  Candidates with experience in the broker market and / or a group risk background may have an advantage.

A driving licence and willingness to travel is essential.
