Centre Manager, B2B Services, Luton, £20,000 Basic, £25,000 OTE Package includes generous holiday (upto 27 days p.a.), expense account and added benefits.
Dynamic and progressive provider of a whole range of outsourced business services are looking to hire a real multi-skilled individual with the unusual combination of both account management and organisational skills.
The role is a combination of office management, event management, project management (60%) and account management (40%). You will therefore be a highly flexible and capable person that is able to manage third party suppliers, negotiate and sell competently.
To succeed you will be a true personality; someone that is focussed, driven, ambitious but fair. The company have zero internal politics and are looking for someone with solid values and a team working ethic. To succeed you will be a solid all-rounder – an account manager, project manager, networker, negotiator and marketer. You will be self reliant yet a team player and have a good understanding of the local area in Luton, Bedfordshire.
The company are looking for an exceptional candidate with Business to Business account management experience together with office management experience. You will be well presented, articulate, a solution provider and able to forge strong business relationships at all levels. The backgrounds of successful employees currently in the business are ex-recruitment consultants, telesales professionals, estate agents, office equipment sales, media sales, etc.
You will be an enthusiastic, target oriented and effervescent account manager with excellent IT and planning skills
