Business to Business Sales Manager, Retail
£28,000 Basic salary, £36,000 with bonuses and extensive benefits package
As a division of one of the UK’s largest retailers your role is to manage three staff solely dedicated to business to business accounts.
Actively managing 300 accounts your role is primarily to manage and drive your team to achieve all key performance indicators and sales revenue targets. Your team will introduce new products and services to the existing account base ensuring their business is retained.
Leading from the front you will have both B2B sales AND retail management/team leader experience. The role involves meeting clients at their premises as well as handling all B2B enquiries within the store environment.
You will be a practical, hands-on individual with good commercial acumen and an ability to proactively develop business. The role is fast-paced and your role is to drive team performance and create a positive environment where the team gels and pulls together to achieve all business aims. There is no cold-calling required in the role and is ideal for an individual with a proven track record in sales and people management looking to drive their career further in a B2B environment.
This role typically leads into regional management within two years and you will be part of an expanding and forward-thinking international organisation.
