In this newly created role, as a Business Development Manager / Franchise Development Consultant you will be responsible for attracting, processing and selecting high-profile Business Coach candidates to join our client's Business Coaching team. Your role will involve assuming full responsibility for the marketing, planning, interviewing and recruitment of new Coaches – providing you with the chance to demonstrate your talent for identifying new business.
To succeed in this position you will need to be a high calibre candidate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and new business development. You should also be commercially astute, ideally with an understanding and appreciation of the requirements of running a small business.
Additionally, as the Business Development Manager / Franchise Development Consultant you must be able to demonstrate business experience from any background. You will also need an education in business and a passion for helping others to achieve outstanding results. Your quick-thinking, articulate and persuasive approach is also vital.
