Salary £40,000 Plus a Performance Related Bonus and Car / Car Allowance
Our client is a performance improvement company. They help their clients achieve their business goals by providing services that have a positive influence on the attitudes and performance of their employees, channel partners and customers.
They provide training and development programmes and solutions both in the UK and internationally to major corporate clients, covering the areas of compliance, operations, customer service and management & leadership.
As part of an exciting growth drive, the company are now looking to recruit an intelligent, tenacious and commercially astute business development professional. The remit will be to identify opportunities to acquire new business mandates both through existing client relationships, as well as by promoting the team’s solutions and services to new clients.
The successful applicant will contribute to future Learning business unit strategy, and will develop sales and marketing plans in conjunction with the Business Development Director and the Marketing team.
Resilient and self-motivated with the drive to succeed, you will aid the development of new propositions and products by not only identifying the needs of the customer, but also by spotting cross referral opportunities for other service groups in the company. You will be a determined individual used to achieving within a target-driven environment.
The ideal candidate will have existing solution-selling skills and experience, coupled with the ability to sell consultatively. You will also need the commercial awareness and intuition to spot new business opportunities, and the tenacity to follow them through. Furthermore, you will be comfortable in maintaining and developing relationships with corporate clients. Experience within a learning environment or of training and development is not essential. |
