SELLING: Mechanical and Electrical maintenance contracts
SELLING TO: Commercial Clients, Local Authorities facilities managers
TERRITORY: Midlands
LOCATION: Worcester, Warwickshire, Birmingham, Stafford, Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Coventry
PACKAGE: £35K-£40K base £10K ote, £6K car allowance, 25 days holiday, Mobile, Laptop, Private Health

YOU MUST HAVE/BE THE FOLLOWING
- 3 years+ external sales experience selling M+E maintenance contracts
- New business focus
- Demonstrable track record of success
IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE/BE THE FOLLOWING
- A qualification in Mechanical engineering
- Experience of selling to Blue chip, multi site organisations
- Tender experience and exposure to deal sizes of £250k+
ROLE INFORMATION
- Business development position selling the companies M+E Maintenance service to the commercial and public sector.
- You will be provided with leads and full internal sales and marketing support, self generation of business will also be required
- You will manage all accounts once brought on board.
Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
