Business Development Manager – Health & Beauty Gift Sets Sales
JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager.
AREA: National.
BASED: South Wales.
BASIC: £25K.
OTE: £75K.

THE ROLE
•If progression and earning potential are at the forefront of your mind then this is an excellent opportunity for you to work as a Business Development Manager selling health and beauty gift sets.
•The Managing Director set this company up with £50 and within 2 weeks had 9 orders from a range of High-Street and commercial companies.
•They now have a £1.6million turnover company within 18 months of trading there is a pressing need to have a dedicated sales person.
•The Business Development Manager's role will be to establish a sales strategy aligned with the current 12 month business plan.
•The Business Development Manager will be responsible for recruitment in the sales team, mentoring and development.
•This role will be new business focused targeting large department stores, large online home delivery companies, independent retail stores, large hotels and hospitality companies.
•Once the Business Development Manager has won business, he or she will then be responsible for managing that account.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
•All applicants must have a minimum of 2 years sales experience specifically within growing a new business of product or service.
•This company is looking for a salesperson with an entrepreneurial flair and a proven track record of new business success.
•Experience in drafting and submitting sales strategies and profit and loss accountability would be beneficial for this position.
