SELLING: Ready Mix Concrete
SELLING TO: Contractors, Developers, Highways agencies
TERRITORY: West Midlands
LOCATION: Worcester, Warwickshire, Birmingham
PACKAGE: £35k base 10% ote, £6k car allowance, 25 days holiday,

YOU MUST HAVE/BE THE FOLLOWING
-3 years+ external sales experience within the construction sector
- Excellent time and territory management skills
- Demonstrable track record of success
IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE/BE THE FOLLOWING
-Management experience, ideally Builders merchant/heavy side merchant related
-6 years+ overall sales experience
-Profit and loss exposure
ROLE INFORMATION
-Part man management/part account development role selling this companies full range of ready mix concrete solutions
-You will be responsible for the mentoring and management of a team of 3 sales executives, area budgeting and recruitment
- You will have personal responsibility for key accounts, so a strong sales track record is required
Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
