UK wide role focusing on penetrating into a specific vertical sector

Phenomenal opportunity in the highly buoyant sector of energy saving consultancy. This is a high valued system sale that helps companies reduce their reduce their energy wastage in lighting, heating and air conditioning. Established in the 1950's this market leader have enjoyed 40% year-on-year growth and are looking to capitalise on this by increasing their sales team by three. With a unique approach to securing business, this is a highly consultative and commercial solution that is a dream to sell. The solution is both a cost saving and helps companies to achieve their corporate social responsibility objectives by reducing energy wastage.

In a market with continuously increasing energy costs and companies looking to reduce the environmental impact of their business this is a ‘win-win-win all-round' sale. The cost of the solution is paid for by the guaranteed savings made by new technology so requires no capital outlay from the customer. As such a customer has nothing to lose by changing to this new technology and in doing so will typically reduce their energy waste by over 60% (in some cases over 80%) and costs by at least 50%.

Your background and industry experience is not important but you will be a graduate, or of graduate calibre, with at least two years business to business field sales experience. Put simply, you will be the best sales person that you know, someone that is hungry to compete and succeed and one that is highly motivated by the potential to earn. The OTE detailed has been achieved by all new starters in their first year and the ability to earn in excess of £70K (even over £100K) in future years is highly achievable due to the generous commission scheme offered.

To apply you will be a consultative sales professional that is highly commercially oriented with a tenacious approach to winning new business. You will be a fun team player, that is dynamic, highly confident, positive, vibrant and genuinely able to form strong business partnerships at all levels. This is a strategic business development role that requires someone that is always seeking new opportunities and plans tirelessly to succeed. In addition, you will able to learn complex products and be resilient and persistent - an individual that takes losing a deal personally and rarely takes ‘no' for an answer.

If you have been repeatedly told that you are the best sales person in the team or have consistently won annual and monthly awards we'd like to hear from you.

First interviews are being conducted on Thursday 17 July and, as only the best will be hired, the interview process includes psychometric profiling, ability testing, aptitude testing and competency interviewing. Second interviews will take place the following weeks and the company are looking for the three new sales team members to be in place for Monday 1 September.
