Our client is a FTSE100 company with annual sales exceeding £250 million and a portfolio of more than 100 market leading magazines, directories, online services, direct marketing services, industry conferences and awards covering over 18 markets in the UK, Europe, USA and Asia.
The Role
Superb opportunities have now arisen within one of their specialist on-line divisions for experienced field sales executives residing in the following locations to join them as a Business Development Executives.

You will be responsible for selling subscription to the companies award winning market leading online resource developed specifically for the HR professional of companies with 100+ employees. The product is fully comprehensive, and easy to use and offers employment law reports, a legal advice line, up the minute news, surveys and statistics, with question and answers, benchmarking help, as well as legislative information
The role is home based and half of your appointments are made for you. Sales are solution led and presentations and demonstations conducted using a laptop or the HR Directors own PC. Business is usually closed in 2 visits and order values range from £500 to £45K-£60K.
To be considered you will need a proven and consistent track record of new business development within a competitive and structured field sales role. Sales trained (ideally spin), you will be consultative in your sales approach and used to doing a minimum of 3 calls a day. Experience gained within the online market or HR would also be beneficial.
