Business Analyst - Lancashire - North West - Social care - Public Sector The role:
My client requires an experienced Business Analyst to support the identification and implementation of an electronic single assessment process within adult social care.
Experience:
An experienced business analyst with specific experience of;
Working with key stakeholders to define, document and gain agreement to the business requirements, including functional and non functional specifications. Mapping of as is and to be processes.
Undertake data mapping, inputs/outputs analysis and workflows Identification of MI and reporting requirements
Developing user testing plans.
To liaise with people at all levels within the organisation including customers, partners and suppliers.
To ensure the appropriate documentation is produced and maintained throughout the analysis life-cycle
Local government / NHS experience / Experience working within the social care sector.
Skills and attributes:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Communicating effectively across all levels of an organisation.
Presentational skills and experience of facilitating workshops.
A strong team player.
Ability to use industry proven BPR techniques.
Formal business analysis training or equivalent.
Ability to produce documentation to industry standards
Flexible and adaptable
