Branch Manager, Industrial and Driving Recruitment, based Norwich, Norfolk. £25,000 TO £30,000 BASIC SALARY, £45,000 OTE PLUS EXECUTIVE CAR OR £4.2K ALLOWANCE, PENSION AND HEALTHCARE. Company will guarantee OTE during first few months. Based in Norwich, Norfolk.
Hugely successful recruitment group that has grown to 35 branches in the last 8 years is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager or Team Leader/Senior Consultant to manage their operation in Norwich, covering Norfolk.
Ideally with both temps and perms experience in industrial (or driving or construction) recruitment you will be fully supported by the Managing Director as you take your team of four consultants and an administrator to their next level. You will manage, nurture and grow the team that supply temps and perms into many major accounts in the local region.

The successful candidate will be a positive-minded team player who truly cares about client satisfaction and the development of staff.
The successful candidate will be demonstrably hungry for success, both financially and in developing their career. In addition you will have an entrepreneurial instinct with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills; First class communication skills, with the credibility to work at the highest levels; articulate with good written English and with an eye for detail. In addition you will be IT literate.
