An exciting opportunity for experienced customer service advisors to join a great company!!!!!
To provide a high level of quality service in order to retain customers, reduce the level of arrears and potential bad debts, whilst minimising complaints.
Communicate effectively by telephone and/or correspondence in an efficient and professional manner
Maximise recoveries by actioning those accounts in arrears in a cost effective manner and obtain retrieval of monies due by encouragement/negotiation and persuasion
Achieve team and divisional targets whilst maintaining high standards of quality output
Communicate with Counsellors to establish a good working relationship
The successful candidate will have the following qualities
·Show good judgement and decision making skills
·Show a high level of commitment to the job
·Role holder must be reliable
·Must have an acceptable credit search result
