Field Sales Executive / Territory Sales Manager / Music Licensing Manager required for a company who specialise in licensing for recorded music in public.

Vacancies exist across the UK , specific areas include ;

-          Hertfordshire , Middlesex , Buckinghamshire and Berkshire (WM2)

-          Glasgow (WM3)

-          East Scotland ( WM4)

-          Manchester ( WM5)

-          Cleveland ( WM6)

-          Central / SW London (WM7)

-          Reading / Guildford (WM8 )

-          Kent / SE England (WM9 )

-          Cambridgeshire / Norfolk (WM13 )

-           Essex/North/NE London (WM14 )

-          Notts/Beds/Northamptonshire/Derbyshire (WM15)

 Basic salary of £25k + uncapped monthly commission giving a substantial OTE of £40k + excellent benefits package.

 

Job Title:  Territory Field Sales  Manager / Music Licensing Manager / Field Sales Executive

 

Package:       £25000 BASIC salary  + uncaped commission (which could take salary to £40k +), +  CAR + OTHER BENEFITS , including Car , Blackberry , Laptop , Pension scheme .

 

Area / location: Currently recruiting for 8 specific areas across the UK;

-          Hertfordshire , Middlesex , Buckinghamshire and Berkshire (WM2)

-          Glasgow (WM3)

-          East Scotland ( WM4)

-          Central / SW London (WM7)

Brief Job Description;

The ideal person will be required to maximise licence revenue in specific geographic area by seeking out and identifying music users within this area , by generating own leads and following up leads supplied . Whilst also maximising the number of premises licensed on the territory, the focus of the role is on obtaining significant new business revenue, ensuring music user customers are fully made aware of the benefits of  music and the need for a music licence.

You will organise and plan your own work in a cost – effective manner to ensure targets are met.

The Role

Reporting to a Regional Sales Manager, you will work towards:

 

·        Self - generating leads from directories, internet, court lists, publications and market intelligence.

·        seeking out potential customers in all markets including corporate, industrial, leisure and retail and identify their music usage needs.

·        executing leads provided .

·        selling the benefits to businesses of the companies music repertoire.

·        providing a positive public image .

·        concluding agreements with customers, issue licences and obtain payment at the point of sale.

·        conducting face to face account reviews to increase the value of your territory.

·        providing regular feedback on music trends in the market and develop new sources of revenue.

·        Building and maintaining a good working partnership with all customers and staff.

 

Experience & Qualifications

 

·        The ideal candidate should have Field sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving targets and developing customer relationships

·        Knowledge and experience of Field Sales Techniques ( Planning and preparation , Journey planning , influencing , objection handling , negotiation).

·        You will possess excellent communication , interpersonal  and presentational skills

·        High level of numeracy and commercial understanding.

·        We are looking for someone who has strong initiative, and is dynamic, resilient ,highly organised and self motivated

·        You will need excellent analytical skills and must be computer literate (M/soft:  Excel, Word, Outlook)

·        Experience of the On trade would be beneficial eg Nightclubs , pubs , restaurants , clubs , Hotels etc.

 

The successful candidate should ideally reside in one of the areas specified above.

Full clean driving license is necessary.

The Package

 £25,000 base salary plus uncapped commission giving a potential OTE of £40k+.. Company car, Pension , etc.
