An exciting opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join them to take over responsibility for their Farnborough office on a 6-12 month contract (maternity cover).

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director you manage the day to day running of the office, including:-

* Managing managers and sales people to achieve their targets
* Sales strategy and planning
* Training and development.
* Ensuring the office maintains high standards of quality and behaviour

To be considered you will need to possess an extensive sales management background including experience of second line management. Used to working in a fast paced high productivity environment (advertising would be beneficial) you will possess a proven track record of consistent success.
