Area Sales Executive

Based in Bristol, Swindon and covering South West region

Salary £25,000 - £30,000 + Bonus + Company Car

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Area Sales Executive to join the company and to maximise the growth of all new business opportunities and fully explore the potential with new and existing customers. Generating and converting all sales leads and maximising any opportunity presented for the ‘Space Accomadation’ division, you will identify specific customer requirements and subsequently manage all customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Having an awareness of all major construction sites in the region, you will also monitor competitor pricing and activity.

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and target driven sales professional with the drive and passion to make this role a success. With a proven track record of achieving results in maintaining and developing new business, you will possess excellent organisation, planning and time management skills. The nature of this role requires a strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills and a good commercial awareness.
