A leading National Energy organisation is seeking an Application Support Analyst to add to their team in the Gloucestershire area.
Your role purpose will be to support the bespoke application software for their trading and sales packages that has been created within the Development Team. They will be required to work closely with the Application Development Team, provide and delivery world class application support, investigating problems, escalation, developing their expertise in the administration of these packages.
Essential Attributes you must include are:
•A demonstrable understanding of IT systems architecture and sytems anaylsis including (infrastructure, Windows OS, SCOM, MOM and Databases)
•Experience of supporting business focussed applications
•Use of methodolagies (Agile, Remedy)
•Excellent computer desktop skills
•Good written and technical documenting skills
This is a great opportunity for someone to wishes to develop their I.T experiece.
Full training on client application will be provided but existing expereince of Application Support is required
If you feel you have the right motivation, are well organised, posses great communication skills and have the ability to work under pressure whilst problem solving.
