Committed to making businesses more successful, they deliver complete support through several leading brands. An opportunity has now arisen for an Advertising Sales Executive to join their team.
Working across the business' prestigious portfolio of market-leading publications - including the official journal of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and job boards the Advertising Sales Executive will be tasked with the following:
- Achieving sales targets as directed by the line manager
- Managing existing client relationships and developing new business relationships
- Making face-to-face presentations when possible
- Generating reports for the line manager
- Following up all incoming enquiries
- Work with production and editorial departments to ensure client satisfaction
To succeed within this remit, the Advertising Sales Executive will need to be an experienced B2B media sales executive, ideally with a strong knowledge of financial recruitment advertising and experience selling magazine advertising. You should also posses the ability to exploit cross-sell opportunities to both recruitment consultants and to the largest private and public organisations in the UK and abroad.
In addition, the successful candidate will require a high-level of communication and negotiating skills, and the ability to generate reports, motivate, and plan their workload. You should also be highly literate and numerate with the ability to work under pressure effectively whilst remaining flexible.
