Most hourly operations employees are required to be flexible and work a day/evening schedule with some weekends and overtime requirements based on position. They conducts pre-employment background investigations and all successful candidates who are considered for employment will be required to successfully pass the background investigations. Ideally you will be of a strong personality to enable you to control calls, whilst still being extremely customer focused, passionate about customer service.You will be dealing with outbound and inbound calls to customers who are overdue on payments and arranging a suitable payment plan, therefore you must have good negotiation skills too If you enjoy problem solving and are looking for a new challenge then this role may be for you. In return we offer a starting salary of 15k with OTE of anything from £200 to £2000 per month.
