Planned expansion has resulted in the need for them to recruit additional Account Managers in the following locations:-
• Windsor / Bucks / Bedford
• Weymouth / Southampton / Aldershot
• Coventry/Birmingham
• Kent / East Sussex
• Liverpool / Preston / Bangor
• Newcastle / Manchester
• Bradford / Leeds / Scarborough
Working from home with a full office set up you will be responsible for servicing up to 250 of their existing Estate Agency/Lettings clients. Your objectives will include ensuring the uptake of additional advertising products and the long term retention of customers. You will also work with non- performing agents to ensure 100% use of the service and tools.
To be considered you will need a proven and impressive track record of account management/development within a competitive business to business sales environment. Previous experience gained with advertising (particularly online) would be beneficial as would previous exposure or an understanding of the estate agency market. With excellent interpersonal and communication skills you will be an accomplished presenter/problem solver. Able to work under the pressure of targets and deadlines you will also be a strong negotiator and a team player.
The rewards are superb and include a generous basic of £25K with a realistic OTE of an additional £15K + quality Car + Benefits
