From their nationwide network of plants, the company provides the highest quality in work wear rental and linen hire, washroom products and healthcare services. An opportunity has now arisen for a highly motivated Account Manager / Internal Client Account Manager to join their team.
Joining their dynamic office, in this role you will be responsible for the retention and development of all accounts within your portfolio. This position will require your highly organised approach, great communication skills and tenacious approach to improving customer service, as well as your fantastic telephone manner and ability to work on your own.
As an Account Manager / Internal Client Account Manager your duties will include:
- managing your customer base
- managing incoming calls and recording using the inhouse system
- dealing with customer queries and liaising with other Account Managers and departments
- adding value by promoting additional products and services
- debt management – cash collection and query resolution
To succeed in this position you must have previous customer service or client-facing customer account management experience. You will also need to demonstrate great problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a team.
A good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Email would be an advantage although training will be given to the right applicant.
