Salary circa £30k basic , dependent on experience + excellent commission structure giving a realistic OTE of £40k + , + car , laptop + other benefits.

Brief Job Description;
Account Manager / Business Development Manager / Area Manager required for a company who are a leading manufacturer and supplier of Balers and Baling Presses . from paper and cardboard through to Plastic , PET and cans. This company specialise in the effective and economic disposal of recyclable waste materials.This company now require an energetic , entrepreneurial, Technically minded , Midlands based Account manager , who will be selling Balers and Baling presses to a range of customers including Manufacturers , Factories , Retail , Grocery , Recyclers ,Waste Management companies and a range of distributors and dealer / sales partners.
PURPOSE OF JOB;
Your role will be to promote ;
*Plan and carry out direct sales activities , so as to maintain and develop sales of balers and baling presses to new , existing customers , dealers/sales partners and recyclers in accordance with agreed business plans.
*Sales and conduct product training on Baling Presses and systems within companies product range , to new and existing dealer groups within Midlands .
*To develop customer sales through the development of all Midlands territories.
*To support and provide internal and external staff with all necessary and relevant data on customer pricing , support , promotions etc.
* To develop and direct Sales and a Sales Distribution Network in Midlands.
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED;
-Successful B2B track record in Field Sales , preferably in Balers , Recycling , Shredders, Waste Management , Environmental Technology or some other Technical based product , where synergy with above range of products can be easily identified and adapted.
- Technical Field Sales skills and a hands on approach .
-You will preferably have a Sales Engineering background.
-Ability to handle pressure.
-Presence and gravitas .
-Strong Questioning and closing skills.
-Confident
-Good relationship builder
-First class communication skills.
-Organised , disciplined and self motivated. You will be running your own Area and managing your own Business on a day to day basis.
-Commercially aware.
-IT literate
-Energetic
