With 29,600 employees, 8,500 vehicles and 370 sites across 14 European countries – their vision for the future is compelling. An opportunity has now arisen for an Account Manager to join their team.
In this role you will be responsible for providing the link between sales, operations and customers in order to improve service levels and overall efficiency and to increase business. Your role will focus on developing leads with existing and new customers and managing those accounts by selling the company's value-added solutions.
As an Account Manager your main duties will include:
- nurturing allocated new and existing customers to ensure their requirements are met effectively
- responding to all customers' problems, complaints and enquiries
- keeping in regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction
- developing new sales and marketing ideas to encourage new business
To succeed in this role you will have previous experience in a similar position and excellent customer service skills. As the Account Manager you will also need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and proficiency using the MS Office package.
