Our client is a market leader in Gateway / Middleware Software products that enables a mobile workforce ( staff members out in the field ) to remotely gain secure access to a business's, back office facility ( BOF ) i.e their central database back at HQ. This solution which allows you to check data, update and save data is being used by the British Police Force to access the PNC ( police national computer ) whilst on the beat via Blackberry's, PDA, Laptops etc. This mobile data solution is fully customisable to fit other Industry's, and due to its success we are looking for an Account Manager to open new markets to sell into. Such as other Public Sector, Government, Emergency Services Accounts. We are also keen to explore Private Sector that have a definite requirement for Mobile Data Solutions.

The ideal Account Manager will currently be selling  I.T. Systems and Software into accounts that "already" use or you believe "will" have a definite need to use mobile data solutions and applications. You will be required to leverage your existing knowledge and contact base to open up and develop a new vertical market place. You are likely to have at least 10  to 15 years I.T. Sales experience, ideally with some experience of Mobile Data Solutions but not essential.  You will be outstanding at strategic new business, business development and key account management. You will be able to provide evidence of sales success and key new business wins opening new and emerging markets. You will have the full technical and business consulting backing and support to ensure your success in this role.

35K Basic 90K OTE ( uncapped ) Car Allowance, Laptop, Mobile. Working from home, sales office based Crewe. You will be based Midlands to North West.
