Our client, a large, international Construction organisation is currently looking to recruit a tenacious and resilient Account Executive. Reporting to Sales Manager the key responsibilities for the role are:
·To develop a strong working relationship with key clients and contractors by adopting a regular contact strategy in line with area manager. Contact strategy to be monitored and targeted via KPI reports.
·To be able to deal with clients in the absence of the area manager assisting with any queries / questions and taking ownership of the call. To ensure that the customer receives the right support and information at all times
·To be aware of competitors in the market place and understand their product offers.
·To manage the arrangement of seminars and adopt follow up to all attendees.
·To support and assist with all aspects of project base follow up – proactively updating project base after each day’s calls
·To filter all potential sales leads and assess the level of contact required by the area manager, maximising sales opportunities to include the management of web hits.
·Identifying and targeting existing clients and gather market intelligence to enhance awareness with a view to the sales team developing closer relationships.
·Identify and target new potential clients and arrange meetings on behalf of the sales team.
Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, a self-starter and be highly self-motivated.
