Senior Field Sales Engineer - Extraction Systems & Extraction Units

THE ROLE:
A Senior Field Sales Engineer position covering a UK sales territory has arisen with a prestigious supplier of large specialist extraction systems and large extraction units, used for the removal of centralized fume, smoke, dust and/or oil mist extraction in the manufacturing sector and will require that your sales, new business and account management capabilities are first class. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you are fully responsible for hitting all your targets for the sales area.

THE CANDIDATE:
• Experienced in the sales or extraction units/systems OR complete heating and ventilation systems to the manufacturing sector and will understand and be able to measure and calculate large ducting runs and hoods/covers.
• Self-motivated.
• Ambitious/looking to ‘make their mark!’
• Excellent rapport building skills.
• First class new business and account management skills.
• Tenacious.
• Ambitious – able to be a future sales director.
• Excellent closer.
• Superb communication skills.
• Must be extremely well presented.
• Ambitious.
• Superb relationship builder.
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 basic
Commission: £15,000 anticipated 1st year OTE Uncapped!!!
