Field Sales Executive – Premium Pet Foods
Location(s): North East

THE ROLE:
Field sales executive required for North East region. This field sales role will involve selling premium pet foods to specialist retailers, wholesalers and some grocery accounts throughout a designated sales territory covering North East England. You will focus on generating new business, together with account managing and developing an existing client portfolio. Working towards set sales targets, you will report to the national sales manager and have total autonomy in the role. This a new role in the business due to expansion and the companies continued success in the marketplace and offers the successful candidate strong career prospects with the opportunity to progress into a key account manager role in the future. You will have a lot of input in the sales function, playing a key role on the team. Great team with strong backup and support structure. A forward thinking, progressive and highly professional organisation.

THE CANDIDATE:
• Proven track record of generating new business.
• Strong field sales track record in a business to business role.
• Experience of selling pet products or similar products is highly desired.
• Strong account management skills.
• Strong relationship builder.
• Honest, reliable, trustworthy.
• Highly tenacious and proactive.
• Strong ability to generate business from cold.
• Bright, outgoing and enthusiastic.
• Work well under pressure.
• Target driven.
• Highly resilient, charismatic and outgoing.

THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: £25,000 to £28,000
Benefits: Bonus, Car allowance, Expenses
