Business Development Manager - Carrier Bags

THE ROLE
Business Development Manager / Carrier Bags - An excellent sales/business development opportunity has arisen due to expansion with a manufacturer of plastic carrier bags. This newly created position will involve strategically developing new business sales opportunities with major multiple retailers throughout the UK. You will be responsible for using your in-depth knowledge of this market to identify sales opportunities, building strong sustainable relationships at head office level and using strong negotiation skills to ensure that sales potential and profitability is maximised. Successful candidates will need to possess a proven track record in selling carrier bags into UK multiple retailers at head office level.
THE COMPANY
This dynamic, prosperous and continuously expanding company are a leading supplier to many of the UK’s leading retailers. This is a newly created position due to expansion within the company and can offer excellent long term career development potential for the successful candidate.
THE CANDIDATE
• Successful track record in selling printed carrier bags into major multiple retailers.
• Strategic new business development skills.
• Strong relationship builder.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Innovative and creative mind.
• Strong negotiator.
THE PACKAGE
Basic Salary: £40,000-£50,000 dependent on experience
Bonus: £60K OTE Uncapped
